From the living room, bedroom 1 and 4 there is access to the large north-faced balcony with a view of Souda bay and olive grove.

On the veranda you will find tables and chairs with a dining area more than the house can accommodate.

Part of the balcony is covered and protects from the sun. There is more than enough space to cover for everyone, and you can prepare dinner on the gas grill.

From the balcony there is a staircase down to the pool area, which forms the perfect setting for relaxation. The garden is surrounded by beautiful stone walls and offers a rich selection of Crete’s amazing fauna, the grounds are surrounded by olive trees. Enjoy the charming olive grove in the hammock under the shade of the trees.

In addition, an herb garden and fruit garden is being prepared, which our guests must of course take full advantage of.

A large part of the plot is tiled, and has a beautiful lounge area with table and sofa group, which overlooks the pool area. Here you can have many cozy moments with games, conversation and presence.
