Kitchen, dining room and lounge

In the kitchen you will find the following equipment:

• Dishwasher: It’s very easy, we promise! You need to put a dishwasher tablet in the container inside the door of the dishwasher. Then press the program button you choose – there are a few settings that are obvious then press the start button. We’ve included a starter supply of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.
• You’ll also find tea towels in the bottom drawer to the right of the hob
• Refrigerator / Freezer: You do not need to adjust any settings. Notify us if you have problems (for example, if it does not cool effectively).
• A hob: electric with four plates, and a deep fryer
• Electric oven with a grill
• The microwave oven also with a grill

Food items in the Kitchen

• Ordinary food items such as: salt, sugar, oil, vinegar and spices, (whatever you find in the food cupboard) is free for your use. But we ask you to replace such items as needed.
• Please place items such as sugar and flour in secure containers to avoid ants and other insects.

Under the kitchen counter to the right you will find:

• a folding staircase to reach the upper cabinets

The villa is suitable for home office. There is a large living room table with connection to electricity and Web / Internet

From the front door you enter the common area of ​​the house, with kitchen and living room in one. The 3 large sliding doors open onto a large balcony with a fantastic sea view as well as a view of the olive grove.

In the villa there is a large and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob with integrated fryer. There is also an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen invites to cozy gatherings and gastronomic events.

In extension of the kitchen is the dining room with dining table and access to large balcony and sea views as well as views of the olive grove. This beautiful corner forms the framework for a cozy dinner or a workplace.

The living room with sofa arrangement has space for a quiet moment and contemplation.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa contains 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and radiators: Master bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet and access to large balcony with stunning views to the sea and olive grove.

Bedroom 2 with two single beds that can be separated or joined as desired, and its own small balcony overlooking the garden and olive trees. Bedroom 3 with a smaller double bed and a children / youth room with two bunk beds, one of which is 1.40 meters wide downstairs. From here there is access to the large balcony with fantastic sea views as well as to olive trees. In addition, there is another bathroom available.

From the master bedroom you have access to en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, washing machine, bidet and hair dryer. The batroom no 2 have shower and hair dryer
